Its spring break, and I have nothing to do

Im so so sorry that I havent posted in such a long time! but between school and my lazyness I hadnt really found the time or inspiration to write anything new. Now, Im going to make a more reasonable promise, Im going to post at least once a week! That seems fair, no??




Now, on a lighter note, I'll explain the story behind the title of this weeks post. It's spring break and guess what?? I have absolutely nothing interesting to do!!! I know, I know, its depressing. I mean everybody i know has something to do on spring break! Yet little old me has to stay at home, hoping and praying for some kind soul to invite me someplace, and save me from the jaws of the monster I like to call BOREDOM!!!. Well, let me cut to the chase, cuz Im finding myself rambling... LOL! The point is, that today I was bored, and I said to myself: "Hey... I havent posted anything in my blog for the longest time... why dont i have a mini photo shoot so I can upload the pictures and have a brand new post??" So I started to plan my outfits and had to photograph myself!! that was pretty hard.. untill i realized that there is a small button on the camera that says TIMER that i can totally use to take pictures of myself! ahhh what a relief :) BUT ANYWAYS... enough with the pointless story, LETS GET ON WITH THE PICTURES!!!!

This is my first Wants and Needs post!

Im going to show you a list of some of the things Im planning on buying next time I go shopping (which will be when I have enough money to do so since I only depend upon the money I get for cleaning my doggies cages). This is really pretty self explainatory so Ill just go ahead and show you! :) ENJOY!!!

ACCESORIES CAN MAKE OR BREAK AN OUTFIT
**Ever since I saw this watch, I fell in LOVE with it... Amazing no? How you can love an inanimate object without actually even owning it.... YES, VERY AMAZING....

-I've been dying to own a pair of oversized earings! I know... Im a bit late, but it took a long while to convince myself :P

I never really have a particular reason for wanting shoes, I just do, so I tend to splurge a lot with them...

I often miss this little girl...

So I was with a bunch of my friends in Mc Donnalds, and a couple of my best girlfriends and I decided to go into the little play area they have... It had been too long since we had been in there. TOO LONG! :)

I'm wearing a mountain green blouse with a pretty print on the neck and the bottom part, and its from H&M, im wearing dark wash jeans from JC penny, zebra print flats from target, earings that were given to me as a gift and my aldo purse you had seen on an earlier post. It's a quite simple outfit, nothing too creative, because I was going bowling, but I still love it! For me simple is very good. xoxo. Ami

You can complain about roses having thorns, or you can rejoice because thorns have roses :) Attitude is key!

So I've been thinking recently about how I used to be. For those of you who dont know me, I was what you might call... an outcast. Hard to believe? I know, somethimes even I cant believe it! I was a complete loner... until one day, I decided that enough was enough! I began to think about the fact that it wasn't other people's fault that they weren't my friends, it was my own! So I became determined to change my ATTITUDE towards life. I mean after all, attitude IS the key to life and the key to having great success in it. You know what? I began to notice that people were seing that my attitude had indeed changed, and I began having more and more friends in my life :) So I went from having NO friends, to having a bunch of friends. I went from never being invited anywhere, to being invited everywhere and actually having to turn down some offers to go out. So to all the people that are reading this, that are feeling the same way I was feeling, always remember... Attitude is key to everything in life, and you will find that a quick fix in your attitude is all you need to become a much better version of, YOU!

PS: Oh! and I almost forgot, changing my attitude also helped my self esteem a great deal, this alone made a great change in the way I now look, and the way I present myself to the world, I mean, I have always been extremely interested in fashion, but never thought that I deserved to look good, or even worse... I thought that I could never look beautiful. Now I know that I am beautiful and I deserve to give myself attention, and other people notice it too! When you change your attitude, other people will notice too! So remember to always keep that in mind.

Ob-La-Di, Ob-La-Da :) Life goes on...

So, this week I was at my best friend's house and suddenly... BOREDOM struck the room! So we decided that it would be a good idea to take some pictures for my blog:)I mean, I was wearing an awesome outfit that day, and the day before we had gone shopping and she got me as a late christmas present, a pair of sunglasses that I will show you later on in another post, and the headband you will later see... I LOVE THEM!

**So I'll breef you on the other things we did in that week. On the first day, we got to Elisha's house reeeaaallyyy late, so it had already been planned that we were going to make another video for Youtube, and we definately took action on that. Now we were having a really hard time, because the video was supposed to be of us two together and we had absolutely nobody to record us while we worked our magic. After a few moments of deception, we remembered that Elisha's brother in law is a director, OMG! That sooo went right over our heads! oh well, when we realized this, we went to find the key to the success of the pending video, David :) we asked him if he could help us and he graciously agreed. i have to say, without him the video would not have been the same :) and I know you might be wondering... Where is this awesome video? Why hasnt Amanda posted this on her blog? well the reponse to these questions is quite simple! Its still in the process of being edited. But i promise that i will post it right when its finished.

Act One, Scene One

WOW! my first post :) and guess what?! this will be the first of many, i promise to update regullarly and keep you posted on everything thats going on in my life...
